DISPATCH TIMELINES

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–4 weeks.

Once dispatched, domestic deliveries typically take 3–5 working days to reach their destination. International shipping timelines may vary depending on the country and courier partner.

All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi, India, using trusted courier partners for domestic deliveries and international shipping services for overseas orders.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, Found Missing does not take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transit delays, or logistical disruptions.

We do not offer reimbursement or compensation in cases where return or exchange parcels are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our stated policy conditions, at our sole discretion.

At present, returns or exchanges are not available on international orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

However, Found Missing reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inventory issues or quality concerns. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
