1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing found.missing7786@gmail.com with clear images or an unboxing video.
4. Sale & Promotional Purchases
Products purchased during special sales, promotional campaigns are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. Reverse Shipping Fee
A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund amount in cases of excessive or repeated returns.
